Complaint regarding incomplete delivery by Jabong

I ordered 2 pairs(4 in total) of track pants from Having for my son. I received only 3 pants 1 was missing. On raising a complaint with customer care service ..they were to refund me the whole amount as they were mistaken that I didn’t receive any order. I clarified and mentioned that I have received 3 pants and one is missing..they understood my concern and raised another ticket… now they are claiming that they have sent all 4 pants ..and will not initiate refund for same.

I guess, I have done a mistake..I should have taken the complete refund and keep quiet .. I clarified their doubt and paying price for same.
