Complaint regarding incomplete order delivery by Snapdeal

I recently order 18 Pair of shocks from snapdeal but i got delivered only 3 Pair of shocks. when i wish to return it then the pickup boy said to me that i returning the partial order that was ridiculous . and not such that also after 2-3 days my order ha been updated from 18 Pair of Shocks to 3 Pair of shocks means that they just don’t have any responsibilities towards customer. i have contacted many times for taking back the product and refund the amount but they just simply ignoring. i need my money back with compensation of Rs1000 for harassing me. I stated my problem and need it to be solved ASAP. Snapdeal Order id–15916981767 placed on- 13/10/16
