Complaint regarding increase in rates by FedEx

I had prebooked packages for international courier with rate of 1190. When visited the store they are saying I had to book new packages with revised rates as they have changed the rates overnight. Why customer should pay with revised rates if it was already booked with old rates and shipping lables are already created. Also customer service staff was not helpful and cooperative, they were busy with their own internal events and not paying attention to customer. They asked us to come after their events are completed and cant help us. Also they lied to us regarding store hours to put blame on us that it was our mistake that we didnt come last night to deliver the packages.
Totally unprofessional and worst customer service. When asked for supervisor or manager contact details, they deny saying reach out to customer care for your problems. Also asked us to wait for more than 1 hour 30 mins so that they dont have to do any work.
