I have been fooled by Indian Healthcare (IHC) wherein I was told that one of its Plan – Platinum is an insurance policy which has sum insured of Rs 22Lac for 4ppl. And would also cover hospitalisation charges. However when i received the policy document it not an insurance policy but just some plan which would reimburse medical visit expenses such as cold cough etc.
Hence i requested for refund on February 26, 2018 and also returned their policy kit by March 21, 2018. Their policy says that within 7-14days they would refund the money back, however being more than a month i havent received my refund inspite of multiple follow ups with their customer care. IHC is a complete fraud and cheating customers by selling fake insurance policy
