From the last one month, i am facing issue. I purchased mobile in Jan and within one month, it was not working. Company is just cheating me and involving in process to that i just leave it as it is. Both customer care and service center are herashing me. I expend more than 800 rs to go from this service center to that. Even they don’t have toll free number so that we can call. at one time call expend 20-30 rs std in Delhi.

I sent so many mail not response. they provide just other service center in Bangalore. when called then they told come tomorrow after that again say come that location. now, one service center opened then mobile and checked then other service center declined to repair it. customer care told that i can’t do anything.

Service center is just a small shop, when customer care told to go then that person send to other shop and after if we asked any reference then they declined to give. now they are playing game to put some process so that they can handle it easily. But i have all evidence in mail. I need solution. I lost my time and money. I was not aware that this is not a good company. even infocus mobile sells on Amazon and Snapdeal.

Please help to resolve it. I have already faced so many challenges and disturbance due to this company behaviors.
