I bought INTEX CLOUD FLASH 4G on 1-1-2016 via online from Gadgets360.com & it was delivered me on 4-1-2016. Mobile’s Back Housing Corning Gorilla Glass 3 was broken so I contact Intex Customer Care and got Intex Mobile’s service Centre in Agra. I visited Service Centre on 19-2-2016 (Friday) and Submitted my INTEX CLOUD FLASH there on mentioned date and day because they asked me to submit the Mobile as it will go for Company to repair. They didn’t made any Job Sheet and submitted my phone as manually and provide me a manual slip. The Excecutive told me that you will surely get your Mobile before 10 Days and also told me that the maximum time limit is 10 Days only.
After 10 Days I made a call to Service Centre to confirm that My Phone is repaired or not but the excecutive told me just wait for 2 more days you’ll surely recieve your Phone within 2 Days. Thenafter two days I again made a call and asked about my phone she said “Abhi nahi aaya phone, jab aajayega tab aapko call kar diya jayega. Baar Baar Phone karke pareshaan karne ki zarurat nahi hai”
she was treating me like that they are doing some murphy by Repairing my phone they don’t know how to treat their customer or any person.
On 4-3-2015 I call them then again she said same thing in same way. So, I made a Call to INTEX Customer Care on 1860-108-5555 There was a lady excecutive I told her my problems which are facing by me. She said your phone is still in pending status then I asked her “Please! can you connect my call to your senior excecutive I told her my problems which are facing by me. She said go to that service centre where you submitted the Mobile and She herself disconnected my call.
Today 9-3-2016 Again I made a call toService Centre. The Lady Excecutive again ask me to wait for One Week more.
I am requesting Please! don’t take my complain as a normal story. It is a Complain and do as you do with a Complain. I hope My Complain will be accepted and will show an approprite action on INTEX MOBILE COMPANY.
