I bought an Intex Mobile Device in July, 2016. Within 5 months, touch panel stopped working and hence the device is submitted to Intex Service Centre in Ambernath, Maharashtra in December, 2016. Since then, I have not received any communication from Intex. Whenever, I contact on their call centre number, they tell me to wait for a week or ten days or two weeks. My Jobsheet No. 612175857010T001. My latest complaint id over phone about the status of my device is 2017125125055300QJR
