On 30-Mar-2016, I made an online purchase from Snapdeal and ordered for Intex Cloud Swift 4G 3G RAM / 16GB ROM (IMEI No. 911475500040508) via Invoice No. S374EB/15-16/141517 for the total amount of Rs. 7,344.00 (Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Four).
However, the mobile was not working properly and giving me a lot of trouble from the time I received it and couldn’t even ise it properly for 15 – 20 days. There were various problem with the set like display issue, over heating and was getting stuck for numerous time and finally it was dead.
To get these issues repaired, I went to the service center near to my location and submitted the phone on 27-Apr-2016 but now it has been already more than 20 days that the service center is unable to fix the issues and still now I haven’t yet received the handset. I made a complain over the phone as well to the customer care of Intex on 18-May-2016 with the complain no. 2016518172043983 but the issue is not yet addressed.
