I purchased my apple iphone 6S on 22 Dec 2015 and I’ve had a very poor experience with both the product and the customer service. Ever since I bought the phone I’ve been having issues with the camera intermittently freezing, where the camera goes unresponsive for approximately 10 seconds before it can get to the click mode and by that time the moment is lost. I’ve reset and restored by phone thrice on the advise of Apple care and also handed over my phone to the service centre for a hardware check which they claimed was fine, but the issue with the camera still continues. I called up the customer care and was then asked to send a video of the camera freezing and a crash log, which I did on 22 June, but there has been no revert. In the last one month I’ve called the customer care over 10 times and spoken to 5-6 of their senior customer care members, each one committing to looking into the issue and call back, but I never hear back from them. Absolutely pathetic customer care and I don’t know what internal processes a company of such stature follows, where there is no follow up and resolution to a case despite so many calls from the customer.
