I purchased I Phone 7 from poorvika mobiles brookfield mall coimbatore on 27th January 2017. After few days mobile phone is having issues with voice recieving at other end.
1. Voice Issues
2. Hanging Problem
3. Touch Will Not respond
4. Network Issues.
I contacted to poorvika mobiles they told me to go to Apple service center. I went to INDSYS on Avinashi road on 11th of March and they restored the device and gave me back. After using for 2 days same issues came and I contacted Apple support regarding this issue they again helped me to restore the device and told if this time problem is not resolved than its a hardware issue and you have to approach to service center for it. Then after restoring again same problem arised. Then I went to INDSYS salem as I am residing in Karur so its near to my place. I went on 25th of march and they told me to drop the device for diagnosis. Next day they called me regarding collecting the device. They told they didn’t find any problem in device without opening it and they again restored the device and gave me the device back.
Again now I am facing the same issues and I called poorvika again on 30th March 2017 and they are telling INDSYS is not a good service center you show it on I planet coimbatore. So Iam fed up with there responses and unable to gave any solution. I don’t want this device anymore I want my amount to be refunded and also the expenses I had to make for going salem and coimbatore.
Both Apple service center and Apple support is unable to help me out both are telling to go to each other. I am very depressed and suffering because of them.
