Complaint regarding iphone service

Mobile device submitted in stock condition to Ample Technologies, Alwarpet, Chennai. on 9th Dec17. for Minor complaint. Its almost a month that i gave my device to the center. Now they are telling that the device is not booting or charging up and not taking responsibility for the issue. With no update on the state of the device and the delivery date. Device is still at the center and backup device is not provided yet. Such a Negligent act from the center and team. They are not ready to take responsibility causing mental stress to their customer.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
