I am actual resident of Barauni (Bihar). I got electric connection for my house which is situated in Barauni-3, Ward no:-14, Thana:- Teghra, Dist:- Begusarai-851113. My electric division and subdivision is Barauni.

i) The company do not sends it representative regularly to take meter reading. Due to this slab for consumption becomes change. And I have to pay more.
ii) This company doesn’t upload bills regularly. Resulting, consumer like me, who lives out of Bihar can not pay bill in time. And penalty applies to us.
iii) This company regularly changes our name and address detail and we become in tension to get corrected it.
iv) Online paid bill doesn’t taken in account properly and duplicate bill uploaded.
The act of this company is totally irresponsible and against the public interest and violation of service rules.
