Complaint regarding issues after Reliance 4G upgradation

This is regarding dispute with RCOM for deficiency in service for more than 30 days and also billing me for that period during which the service was not provided.

As you might be aware, RCOM has shifted from CDMA to GSM. During this period my WLL landline connection was out of service due to the transition process. I have been able to use the service from period of 18 may to 25 may after which the transition began and was not restored upto 25th June.

I have been billed for the complete billing cycle. My dispute is whether I should pay for the time I was unable to use the service. Also due to transition we were again asked to purchase new devices from them for Rs 2000.

As of today they have barred outgoing calls and also charged me a Rs 100 penalty.

Total dispute amount is Rs 803.
