I purchased Lenevo mobile phone model no Lenevo Vibe X2 on the date 20/7/2015 online from flipkart.com. From the date of purchase till date, twice I got the problem of Touchscreen.

1. First time on 25/2/2016 I drop my phone at B2X Service Solutions India Pvt Ltd (authorised service center for Lenovo) for screen replacement and received it back on 10/3/16.

2.The same problem of touch screen I faced on 15 June 2016. On the same day I went to the service centre and requested them to replace the handset. Because the same problem was occurring again and again. They denied to replace the handset and kept the phone for screen replacement again which I haven’t received till date.

3.Warranty for my mobile handset will be expiring on 19/07/2016.

Kindly request you to look in to the matter and do the needful.
