Complaint regarding issues with new HP laptop

My brother bought a HP laptop from Alpha One mall, vastrapur Ahmedabad. We bought a laptop on 7th March, 2016 worth Rs. 55,500 and invoice number is RI199015-16. Within 8 days we complaint about the laptop not working properly to HP service center. The problems were like:

1) hard disk problems,
2) keyboard numeric keys not working,
3) wifi not connecting,
4) while working on laptop sudden sound comes and laptop switches off with a message that “your PC ran into a problem” and many more.

A person from service center came to junagadh for service but he just opened the laptop and removed the dust from laptop with a brush and said it can’t be solved then my brother travelled to ahmedabad on 17th april, 2016 and complained about the laptop problems to the showroom itself that is alpha one mall. We asked for the replacement and he said that 99% replacement would be done as laptop was by default faulty from company. Then after 2 days on 23rd april they again called back that your laptop is repaired and formatted and its working fine. Then they handed that laptop to us on 24th april,2016. But it’s not working properly and now they are telling to change antenna of wifi and all. They are not taking our problems seriously and wasting our time and money both. The laptop price Rs.55,500 and travelling charges costs Rs.3000. So total I have lost Rs.58,500.

Please sir register my complain against HP and give me the solution for it.
