Complaint regarding issues with new iPhone 6S

I bought new I phone 6 S month of August 2016 dated 19! After 4 days inserted the sim. During the call phone got switched off. When I called reliance guy Mr Vxxxu, he told me put it for charger. I tried everything didn’t work..
Later when I called him, he told me visit MANTRI MALL Apple service center

Visited: and met Mr Pxxxxxn he told me 3 working days to ck. After three days when I called, they have replied me back.. Display problem, wait for the display replacement

After 7 days when I asked for the handset status. Now they are telling it has been tampering. Later when I shouted pictures has been sent to Apple I care technology

Meanwhile they told me, visit Reliance digital to get the Replacment.. Also they hav provided me the tampered report..

Visited reliance met Mr Waseem incharge, he told me, don’t worry wait for the confirmation from the Apple.. If they are not reposnndig, we will help you wit the Replacment.. Because it’s under 15 warranty.. New phone

Now today when I called, he’s saying we are not responsible. Wen i called MANTRI MALL SERVICE CENTERS. They are rude and replying me back. We are also not responsible

Now question mark Is what I should? no one is helping me..

Above Service and Technical persons and including Manager’s giving me falls commitment daily.. We will replace

But now suddenly started, we are not responsible? Please help me.
