Complaint regarding issues with PayTM offer codes

I have purchased a DTH recharge worth 309/- and chose an offer code MALL250 while making this payment. After the successful DTH recharge, I was given another code “RECHRGEMALL250” to use at PayTM Mall app to get 250rs cash back after 6 hours of successful recharge. It’s clearly showing the on the screen shot that I need to use it after 6 hours. But, it’s almost a week and I’m still not able to use the code. I contacted PayTM care and they are not helpful. They always asking me to check the terms and conditions which the offer code doesn’t have one. It just says to use after 6 hours of recharge. Request you to please address this concern and do the needful.
