I was using reliance internet services from last 3 months and I was facing some issues in using the services. I tried to contact them a lot more times, and every time they say that, they will arrange a call back from backend team or will send one technician at my address, but till now nobody contacted and and everytime they ask me to fill my bill. When I’m not able to use the services, why should I pay the bill. Still I paid it and I’m not able to use the services and I’m feed up with it. Please look into the issue at earliest.
