Complaint regarding issues with Sony Xperia handset

I bought a Sony Xperia Xa1 handset in May 2017 but this phone has manufacturing defect. So I was complaint it in Sony care and submitted my phone on 13 July 2017 because I don’t have any stand by phone on that time. After 20 days I got my phone back on August 3 2017 but I found only one complain has been short out instead of 4 others. I mailed them and again complaint to Sony care. But still they want me to submit my phone again in Sony care for same complain. But I am not agree for that. Now i am still using this unusable phone
