I have been using SBI credit card for more than 4 years now. They have mentioned that on every renewal they would provide me a gift voucher worth Rs.3000 from their partners. I had requested a voucher for Rs.3000 from Jabong.com. I first requested this in January after my renewal but I have not received my voucher yet. In the meantime after multiple follow ups with them over the internet/phone and social media, they sent me a voucher from lifestyle stores for Rs.3000 on March 17th 2016. When tried using the voucher in lifestyle stores on 15 may 2016, they informed me that the voucher is invalid. I would like to get appropriate compensation for all the issues they caused and the physical and mental torture I have gone through because of this.
