I am very disappointed from the response of jio, which is one of the leading industry in IT field but as they are promising that they provide best 4G network in India they are not fulfilling there promise. I place a complain many times regarding the speed and the speed was worst when compared to 2G. When i asked my solution they say that it takes around 90 days to solve my problem and at that time my data subscription ends and my money wasted on it and till date no progress was done by them. I want to raise a request through this and i want my subscription pack return.

Hi Jio Team,
I am Rajendra, so many times I called you regarding my slow speed internet issue and voice calls. I am very unhappy with this network and I am waiting for jio fiber but that also not yet come. I called so many time to our customer care they raising the complaint but I haven’t any action from jio side then I take a decision to port to airtel and airtel is best at my location.

Iam using jio… My number 79xxxxx59 nowadays my 4g data speed very slow…. If iam downloading any 500MB data it will take more than 6hours… Iam feeling very sad about this network issue… I have 1.5GB data every day but iam feeling that data useless for me because about deadly slow downloading… Please take some action about to this issue
Hello, My Jio 4g mobile data is running slow , sometimes getting only 10-20kpbs of speed. Kindly fix this. Even my mother’s Jio 4g internet is also running so slow. Kindly help us increase the speed of internet. This is very disappointing.

worst experience ever in this jio care airtel is even better in 4g users there is no network since from last 2days then for what reason are we recharging our mobile numbers in highest cost of packages worst worst worst ever this sim users damn waste of recharging from now in me and my family members and friend circle going to change our sim from this network waste sim
