Complaint regarding JIO internate data usage

Jio is giving 1 gb per day. Today (8/11/2017) jio app show that i have consumed my 1 gb data. After that i called at their helpline number once 198 and after that 199.
When i have called at 198 my call is taken by mr. Jxxxt . First of all he is not talked with me properly and put on hold for 3-4 minute continually. When iam asking for his name he talking with me very rudly and cut the call.
After that i have called again . I asked to assistant to forward that to his supervisor.they again put me on hold for 6-7 minute.
After that mr. Axxxk supervisor listened my all issue and afrr some talk he again cut my call.
Main point is that i have not use my 1 gb data. May be i have used around 400-500 approximately from my idea. Bt i am sure m not used that all data.
I think it is a big spam .They did 2 times. Please sir look into the Matter. Take a suitable action.
