Complaint regarding jio poor network

It is 2018 going on, i am living in a city not in a remote hilly area where reliance jio can’t provide good network coverage. I registered my complaint in jio via telephone calls in 2016, 2 times in 2017 and in 2018 too.
This company has done nothing from last 2 years to improve network coverage in my area/ or to solve my complaint.
My reliance jio number 79xxxxxx4 doesn’t work at ground floor of my house/ no network at all. I have to go to first floor to receive 10-15 % network coverage. It’s like jio make me feel like a mountain man / continuously trying to get network. Great number of call drops, 2g like internet speed (while i have 4g phone, paid for jio 4g data packs) , shit like this is happening to me from last 2 years.
Every year i asked jio , hey what abouty complaint that i made a month ago, they say- sir it will take 180 days to improve network coverage in your area. So from last 2 years there stupid 180 days time period is not coming to an end .

Even today when i called jio people to ask about my complaint, that jio person said – “sir your voice is not clear, please come in a place where network coverage is good”. I told him – ” that’s the hell i am complaining about from last 2 long long years “. Somebody must do something against this jio attitude towards its customers.
