I want to register a complaint against reliance Jio for overcharging me, When I opened my jio app they displayed plan Rs 399 which included 1gb data per day, unlimited voice calls etc. I recharged it, when I called customer care they said I is activated, and it is a prepaid offer, I said why you displaying it, then the person Said app is same mam, I said send back my 399 if it’s not postpaid then he said, you will get monthly bill of 309 as well your plan will be there, then what will be the plan work for if M gonna get monthly bill as well.
