Complaint regarding JIO recharge offers on Xiaomi Poco F1

Jio gives serveral offers on buying xiaomi poco f1. All the requisites are done it hase been 2 weeks but i didnt receive a single offer as promised. I raised complain, still they say ” we are resolving it and u will recieve solution in 48 hours”, there 48 hrs never ends. Offers detail in the attachment.

Jio number- as provided.
I bought my phone on 31 august 2018 on flipkart and recieved it on 2 sep 2018. Did recharge of rs 299 after putting jio sim in poco f1 on the same day i recieved the phone.
