I have purchased the a wifi dongle before 3 months. From last one month it was not working. I have contacted the service centre at Trivandrum (5th Floor Geethanjali Hospital) . After checked the dongle they told me it can’t be servisable. Some moisture content is present inside the dongle. There is no way of moisture presence get inside the dongle in my office. The dongle has 1 year warranty and need to be changed or servisable . Kindly take necessary action to solve this issue.
