I ordered Juicer mixer grinder from Snapdeal and did a big mistake. The product was not of quality standard and was making a lot of noise. I called them requesting to return the item. They informed that they can’t come to collect it and I need to courier them and they would refund the courier amount.

So, I personally sent the item to them and when it reached, I got one more email that this product did not meet their quality check criteria, refund can’t be initiated and item would be shipped back !!! LOL !! (yes, the item would not meet the standard check as it was of worst quality). And, somehow when I got into a call with one of their customer representative, after so many attempts, He was also not sure that why the quality check was done on the returned item. He told me that I would get a call in 1-2 days to resolve this issue and refund the amount, both for the product and shipping.
But, no one called and I am stuck. Tried calling them again several times but not getting any response.
