I have purchased Karbonn titanium S4 cellphone on 26.01.2015 from M/s Vijay sales. The cellphone was not working properly, therefore i have submitted the same at karbonn mobile service center on 15.01.2016. The product was under warranty and the company has accepted the same. Now its about 4 months from the day i have submitted my cellphone to the service center. still jy issue was not resolved. Every time i call to the service center they tell me to call after one week. i have sent several mails but everytime i received the same reply.

I have all the required details, mail copies etc. Please resolve this matter at the earliest.
