I had purchased a Karbon mobile titanium S5 mobile from E-zone on 3/10/14. The phone had some screen touch problem and was given for service in fine phone solutions, authorised service centre of karbon mobiles on 22/6/15 vide work order no-2462. After many follow ups with service centre and karbon customer care both on voice and mails, the service centre people said the screen cannot be replaced and they have recomended for replacement of hand set. Even after many calls and mails to karbon the replacement of hand set has been done by karbon mobile. Please ensure karbon replaces my hand set.
