I have purchased Karbonn s1 plus handset on 09/12/14. Its receipt is enclosed as an attachment. I had used this hand set since then for around 7 months and then its touch panel started malfunctioning. i factory reset my phone but it was of no use. then after some time on 9 september i gave this set to service centre and very poor aftersale service was provided and on 24 nov. 15 after repeated visits and calls to service centre i got my phone back and they said touch panel was replaced. again after using for around 10 days my hand set got dead and when i contacted the sevice centre they told that the warranty period of the phone is over so they denied to repair it. it is to be brought to notice that the service centre kept the hand set for arounf 3 months and the warranty got expired. i got frustrated after visiting service centre for no. of times hence i filed a complaint on consumer forum portal. i got a call from the karbonn personel and he assured that necessary action will be taken and handset will be repaired. now its been around 20 days and there is no email or call from them more over the previous complaint no. is not available with me as i didnt got any mail or sms from the portal. so kindly look into the matter. i am enclosing a pic of cellphone with imei no. and the bill.
