I buy a new karbon mobile (karbon titanium s205) in july 26, 2016. after one month their problems occur in the mobile like: hanging, slow processing etc. but i ignore it. now after two month mobile battery going dead. i go to the service center then they me battery will give you after one weak but no response after one weak. now then call the company customer care they register my complaint and give 10 more days to arrange the battery. i told the company if you dont have battery then change my cell phone. but company waste my time last two months. i register the complaint 16;sep- 2016 today date is: 15-nov-2016.. i want to file the complaint against the company regarding to return my money with my lose. because this is my official mobile.
