I purchased a Karbonn mobile – S204 from paytm on 14 sept 2015 (invoice attached). This phone is having “hanging and touch pad” problem since Dec’15 first week. I submitted it to Lucknow based Karbonn service centre on 14th Dec’15 and asked them to replace it with new one. They said first they will try to repair it and if it problem will big then will replace and this whole process will take TEN days. Then after TEN days when I followed up, they said it will take TEN days. Like this whenever I call and ask for replacement, they only repeat the same line that it will take next TEN days as service center can take maximum of FOURTY FIVE days from the date of subimmision as per their policy. Till now I haven’t got my mobile either replaced or repaired. When I called today, one customer care executive Ms Pxxxxxxa told me the same thing and when I asked her to forward this call to senior then after many request she forwarded to senior executive Mr. Dxxxxxxxj who told me the same thing again. But today is 41st day since I submitted my mobile for replacing and they are again asking me to wait till 05th feb’16 (10 working days). I want some action again this company as I am facing many problems because of this including financial and mental (as I have to buy a new phone and stressing about this phone) and also want either new phone or revert of my hard earning money.
