Complaint regarding Karbonn service issue

I have purchased Karbonn Titanium S5 Ultra (black) from Snapdeal on January 16th, 2015. While using the handset its display wents off on 13th August, 2015.

Next day on 14th August, 2015, I went to Karbonn service center whose address is L-05, Sangam Palace, Civil Lines, Allahabad Uttar Pradesh Pincode 211001 with the handset. They asked me to submit the handset because a fault has taken place in the display screen so due to the handset is in warranty the display will replace. They asked me to submit the handset atleast for a month because the parts have to came from the head office of Karbonn.

I went back to service center after a month on 14th September 2015, then also they said that they haven’t got the parts yet so the handset hadn’t repaired, then they asked for 7 days more then after 3 days when I went to the service center on 17th August 2015 they said that parts are not available, I asked them for a date on which I will surely get the handset they said they can’t give a date then I asked them to call the head office and let me talk to them then I talked to the head office and they only said that they will look after it & nothing more. I went back to the service center after 4 days on 21st September 2015, still I have got the same answer that the parts are not delivered & when I asked them when will it delivers they are not saying anything in such a way that they aren’t listening to me.

It has been more than 45 days & I haven’t got my handset repaired. Both the service center & head office of Karbonn is harassing me alot. Kindly take strict action against this service center & head office of Karbonn and please get my handset repaired as soon as possible. I am attaching the photo of Service Job Sheet. Please have a look of it.
