Complaint regarding Kent Grand RO servicing

Date of purchase: 19.06.2016 from Royal Enterprises, Ganganagar Meerut. I purchased the above product but since the date of purchase. It is not working properly. During one year of warranty, they have replaced the major parts like filters etc. Again on 24.06.2017, the product stopped working and engineer once again visited and again changed all the three filters charging around Rs.3700/-. It again stopped working on 25.09,2017 and when complained, it is informed that its motor and one more part are out of order and require change. It will again cost me around Rs.4000/-. Now the company stopped responding to my call and mails. I am really fedup with the product. Either the product should be replaced or its cost of Rs.16000/- be reimbursed to me.
