I have Kent RO Grand for which I took AMC as the repair cost for very high and system failure was too frequent. Once AMC is paid my nightmare started service engineering stops visting and if very great pain we convince them to visit and check system they wont do anything but to make excuse like spare parts is unavailable right now and will take 1 month etc. 3 july 2017 my Unit stopped working and I raised complaint with Kent customer care Ever since I have raised multiple complaints but no resolutions as tickets are either auto cancelled or closed my Kent. My AMC expired on 10 July which Kent servicer knew. By chance another agency engineer visited and check my Kent unit 3 days before AMC expiration and gave us estimation 7000 repair cost as he claimed RO system and Filers need to be changed but once we show him AMC papers he refused to service and left as its with another Kent dealer.The dealer who has our AMC ( Raindrop services ) refuse to accept that any parts needs to be replaced but its loose connection in Kent pipes. Since 3rd July 2017 this issue started and now so many tickets are raised and closed or cancelled without any resolution. Now since AMC is expired , all dealers again started claiming that parts might to be replaced.I am regularly chasing Kent Area Service Manager ( Mr Lxxxxh Vxxxxxxxxxh ) and he is trying to resolve this by talking to agencies. So many days and no result. Now agency and Kent managers have stopped taking my phone calls as they blocked my number.But issues still persists.
