We purchased Kent RO Grant plus on 28th Ja., 2016. within first 3 months we faced a lot of problem with this machine. my registered mobile no. is 8527510305. I registered my complains through requrest no. 160415-04343, 160411-002411, 160409-01837 and 160407-01636. Each time they ensured that our executive will visit your home and will resolve the problem. Only first time a executive visited who told me that motor has been damaged so it need to be replaced. I will visit tomarrow and will replace it. I took first half off on the next time to get it resolved but he did not resolved. Against I called him and he told me that He will visit tomarrow and will doit. Against I took first half and same happened. it happened for next 3 time. Again I called on saturyday and informed at customer care that If they aren ot able to resolved the problem then please let me know I can go to consumer care. Their seniour ensured me that Today my problem will be resovled on urgent basis. But today again is Monday and No one called me and no one visited my home. I am fully frusted from the service of Kent RO. Please advice me the process of Consumer complaint.
