I bought one Kent Super+ Mineral RO Water Purifier on 24-April-2016 from Gaya (Bihar). There serial No. is KR151202424604 and Model No. is 11005. We are facing the problem in Water Purifier from 01-November-2016, so I have called customer care on 01-November- 2016 their request number is 161101-05387. I have received a SMS from Kent RO on 02-November- 2016 regarding assigned engineer Mr. Rxxxxxh Kxxxxxr again I have received SMS from Kent RO on 04-November- 2016 regarding assigned engineer Mr. Rxxxxi Rxxxxxn. But since date none of the engineer of the company has turned up. On calling the same customer care on 09-November-2016 they told that your request 161101-05387 has been cancelled and sent 2 nd request number is 161109-00756, again I have received SMS from Kent RO on 09-November- 2016 regarding assigned engineer Mr. Axxxxt Pxxxxxy. I am calling on daily basis and they are taking time again and again but till date none of the engineer of the company has turned up. We are facing lots of water problems and my family member heath is getting problem. They have lots of time waist. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful the earliest. I am fed of this pathetic service of Kent Company.?
