We have been requesting service of our kent machine since past 1 and half months. Spoke numerous times with call center registered complaint under following numbers.

Every time complaint gets cancelled without any reasonable explanation.Calling in call center again we have to explain entire history they commit a date and fail and there is no response from there side.
There face book page always says complain under process please give us some more time. Email id provided by them doesnot give any reply or any complain.
We have been suffering since past one and half moths and entangled in vicious circle calling the company for service.
