I had purchased Kent RO. I had lodged the complaint to Deep Enterprises-Sonepat who is the authorised service partner. One engineer Pxxxxxp visited our residence to attend the complaint. He checked the RO and started saying that most of the parts in it are duplicate. When I told him to prove he was very rude and arrogant and started screaming. Anyhow he repaired it and just wentr away after taking the service charges. After 30 mins , it againt started giving problem and this time it never switched on. Anyhow we again lodged the complaint. Now another engineer Mr.Pxxxxxxr visited our residence and attnded the complaint. He said that we have to pay Rs.950/- as its Powe rsupply has gobe faulty. I told him that it worked only for 20 mins after repaired by your engineer yesterday but he was adamant and again was very rude. However I visited Kent-Corpporate office at A-2 Noida,Sector 59, where I met Mr.rxxxxl cxxxxxxy who assured me that the problem shall be attnded on priority next day. Next day till 3 PM nobody visited our residence . I again visited the Corporate office and this time I again met Rxxxxl cxxxxxxy who this time was non commital and took me very casually. Finally I could speak to Mr.Txxxxxxa National service manager. Finally the Engineer arrived at 6 PM and my RO was repaired but I had to pay Rs.950/– without ours fault. This is the worst service I have ever seen and this product is of very inferior qauality. Would request to look into my coplaint and get my money refunded.
