I have an issue with water purifier (KENT) service provider, Good Mineral RO, Bangalore. They took Rs.7000/- as AMC from me in the month of May ‘2016 to provide service for one year. But, each time I report an issue with the device, they are troubling me to provide necessary service in time.

The recent issue happened on Thursday, 29th Dec ‘2016, my water purifier stopped working and I registered a complaint with them. After multiple follow-up calls, their executive visited my place on Friday, 30th Dec ‘2016. He said a spare is not available with him, so he will come back on Saturday, 31st Dec ‘2016 to fix the issue. From Saturday till today, I am calling the executive and he is not answering the calls. Shen called to their office every time, they are saying service will be done today.

Is there something that I can do against them to get the service from them? Could you help me in solving this issue?
