Complaint regarding Kotak Mahindra credit card charges

I am using Kotak mahindra bank credit card since last 2 years and before six months they charged interest charges even though I paid the total bill and they charged over limit charges and for continuously three months and they reversed only one month over limit fee and again they charged over limit fee and auto debit failure fee extra. Please look into this and do justice for me.
