Complaint regarding KSRTC bus service failure

This is regarding KSRTC bus maintenance problem. due to the worst maintenance we struggled lot. We reserved 3 tickets from Madurai to Bangalore, the booking date was 10-07-2016 time 21:30. KSRTC arranged special bus for the same journey from Madurai to Bangalore. Bus started at same time from KSRTC bus station, driver already knew the problem with accelerator, he informed to bus depo supervisor. they said it will work don’t worry you can start the journey, .after one an off hour it. crossed only 10 kilometers. he struggled lot and stopped remote area. he tried all the level of KSRTC people nobody could not able to take desicion in this situation. they trying to convenec passengers .35 passengers are there few of them having less than 2 years old kids , old age passengers and patients also traveling in this bus. what kind of service KSRTC providing in India, they are the best. In India.they are charging like anything, bus fare is high because of thebus from Madurai to Bangalore best service. We wouldn’t travel that’s why we tried to claim the amount. but they said we will arrange another bus early morning 5 am all are working in private company. we lost one day salary as well we couldn’t get sleep, because of the India’s best transport service.
