I have a kutchina vogue chimney which is under AMC. The AMC service is due since long and hence I have been calling them up from last 1 month asking to send some technician for AMC servicing, every time they say someone will call me up in next 48 hours but no one calls up. When I contact them further they say the technician had visited by house but the door was locked, which is totally a false and baseless logic they give as my house is never vacant for last few months.Even no one gives a call stating that they will be arriving to my house for servicing.
