I brought a mobile LAVA V2 Brand on dt-28/05/2016 mobile phone is not working well since first day of purchase.i had submitted the set in LAVA service center(Ravi Communication Ballabgarh Faridabad)on 18/6/2016,I receive back the handset from customercare on 07/07/2016 but problem not resolved,second time on 14th july again i went to customer care and they updated the software but problem remains as it is.third time again i submitted the mobile to LAVA customer care on 16/7/2016 but till now no information from company about my phone. I have taken follow up many times but they dont responding well. it is totally harassment for me (financially and mantle). after 6-7 visits to LAVA service center my problem not resolved.Please help me.
