The Lava Pixcel V1 mobile is under warranty, the same is being purchased through online site Shop / Star CJ. Now the LAVA service center is not ready to repair the mobile phone as saying liquid damage and need to pay Rs. 5100/- and cost of the mobile phone is Rs. 8000/-. I always keep the mobile in my pocket and I grantee that it have not fallen into any liquid. I have wrote to Lava customer care that due to liquid damage the mobile is out of warranty that is there company policy. Please let me know how I am going to know that there company policy when I am buying there mobile on line.
