Complaint regarding Le1s mobile service

I have purchased Let 1s mobile online in flash sale. The mobile fell down and touch panel was broken just in 1 month . The quality of product is not to the standards annonced by the manufacturer.

The company is saying that there is no repair available for the mobiles purchased of the company, rather they will only replace the damaged mobile with new one that to on paying Rupees 4506 , I.e nearly 45% of cost of original product under guarantee offered by the company.

1. My point is if guarantee is there why should we pay money that to 45% of cost of product.
2. Instead of repairing the mobile why they are replacing the new mobile stating that no repair is available for the product.
3.My mobile is almost used for one month and all my personal data is stored in the mobile, I am afraid whether data in the mobile is compromised purposefully. Mobiles sold across the country are brittle and are being replaced with new mobiles and data in the mobiles may be compromised.

The company is taking too much time in replacing the mobile. I have given my mobile on 30th April 2016 and nobody neither service center nor the customer care is in a position to say when my mobile will be replaced. Kindly help me in getting the mobile and also help me in getting refund of amount paid for the mobile which is guaranteed for 1 year by maker for replacement.
