Complaint regarding LeEco Le1s from Flipkart

I have purchased a mobile LeEco Le1s Eco through online mode from I have prepaid the amount of Rs.8999/- and flipkart deliver the product on 21/05/16 . But after getting the mobile I started checking it and comparing with my previous smartphones and I realized I have been cheated this time and my hard earned money has been stuck in defective device. The device has so many problems and when I started researching online many person who have buy this device have similar problems.

Flipkart has the option of 30 days replacement guarantee but this product has similar problems in all the device and I only want to return back this bad product.

I have e mail to flipkart on the very next day after getting the product. But they continuously replied that seller is not ready to refund my money. I requested several times that I do not want this product and return back my money but they refuse to do so.

I do not have any other option left with me after continuously requesting flipkart to refund my money and take back this defective product but then I came to know that I can present my grievance before consumer forum. I have also informed in my communication through e mail to flipkart that if they are not going to return back my hard earned money then I will represent my case to consumer forum but they did not response.

Please help me so that I can get back my hard earned money and return back their unused or unusable product.
