I ordered leeco le 2 rose gold worth 11,999/- which was delivered on 15 oct 2016. While using for 2 days it started causing following problems:-
1. It takes 6-7 hrs for charging it.
2. While charging 6-7 hrs it gives shock on touching its backside
3. It suddenly stopped working 2 times

When we called flipkart on 17 oct they told to download smartcheck and then they wll call but never called then i called again on 18 and sent emails also they didn’t gave proper response. then again on 19 I called them then they said they will replace the phone on 21 oct and also they will call at 1 pm today but neither they came nor they called. From 17 till today I tried to contact and waited for their call also but they are doing nothing. They canceled my return request two times without giving any reason. Request id 102073568007253650. Please look into this case.
Kindly help me getting refund or replacement. Hoping for an early action.
