Complaint regarding Leeco mobile service delay

My le eco 2 phone headset got dead on 15th may 2017 and as it was under warranty i deposited to the le eco’s authorised service station same day. they asked me to wait for 10 days and after that i am calling them from last 3 months. and they keep saying company is not sending the parts. its pathetic how can a company cant repair under warranty product even after 3 months.
