I have ordered a phone (LeEco Le 1S) through Flipkart. I submitted broken screen phone to the service center at 30-04-16 and committed to get a new phone BUT at 13-05-16 I received a faulty phone for that I paid 4790/. Again I submitted my phone to the same service center at 16/05/2016 and yet not received my phone back. its more than 2 months and I did not get my phone back. number of time I called up to customer care and sent many emails BUT did not received any solution. Please help me out.
