I have purchased my Lenovo A6000 Plus mobile online through Flipkart last year and it is still covered under the warranty. The primary SIM tray of my mobile is not functioning and i am also facing the heating problem along with battery discharging. The service centres are not providing me any service regarding the faults and when i ask them to give me the reason for this in written then they ask me for money.

I feel like i am robbed by the company. Due to this irresponsible behaviour i am not able to access the internet on my mobile phone and it is affecting my job as well. Please look into this and take strict action against the company(Lenovo) and ask them to provide me with a new handset of the same model(Lenovo A6000 Plus).
